Because we run two shops and an online store, inventory moves quickly and updates on a regular schedule. Every now and then, an item may sell in person before it updates online. If that happens, we will contact you right away to offer a substitute or a refund.

You may also receive two tracking numbers if your order ships from both Tucson and Gilbert. This is normal and both teams almost always ship on the same day.
